Blogger is an open blog creation platform that allows you to create personal or commercial blogs freely. The "Blogger" platform was developed by Pyra Labs, but in 2003 Google bought the platform and hosted it on Google's own server. Blogger's automatic subdomain is .blogspot.com. A registered user can create up to 100 blogs in one account for free.
